We recommend scheduling an appointment to minimize wait time, but
we do accept walk-ins based on availability. Call ahead to check
current openings—for routine services we can often accommodate you
quickly. For more complex work, an appointment ensures we have the
right parts and time allocated for your vehicle.
We service all domestic and most import vehicles, including cars,
trucks, and SUVs. Our team has experience with all makes and
models. If you have a specialty or exotic vehicle, give us a call
to confirm we have the right equipment and expertise for your
specific make and model.
Our technicians have years of hands-on experience and ongoing
training. We invest in staying current with the latest automotive
technology and repair techniques. You can trust that your vehicle
is in capable hands.
It depends on the service. Routine maintenance like oil changes
typically take 30-60 minutes. More complex repairs may require a
few hours to a full day. For major work requiring parts orders,
we'll provide a realistic timeline when you drop off. We keep you
updated throughout the process.
Pricing & Payment
Diagnostic fees vary depending on complexity. Basic code scans
start around $50-$75. More involved diagnostics (electrical
issues, intermittent problems, or drivability concerns) may take
more time and cost more. We'll provide a diagnostic estimate
before starting. If you approve the recommended repair, we often
waive or credit the diagnostic fee.
Yes. For many services we can provide a ballpark estimate over the
phone or via email. For more accurate pricing, we recommend
bringing your vehicle in for inspection. We'll never start work
without your approval on the final estimate.
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover), and debit cards. For larger repairs, we can
discuss financing options or payment plans. Contact us to learn
more about available options.
Our standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and we're
closed on weekends. We don't offer after-hours emergency service,
but if you leave a message, we'll return your call first thing the
next business day.
Parts & Warranties
We primarily use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or
high-quality aftermarket parts from trusted brands. We'll explain
your options and help you choose the right parts for your vehicle
and driving needs.
Warranty options vary by parts and service. We'll review specific
coverage terms with your estimate so you know exactly what's
included.
We prefer to supply parts to ensure quality and provide warranty
coverage. If you have specific parts you'd like us to install,
please discuss this with us in advance. Warranty terms will differ
for customer-supplied parts, and we reserve the right to decline
installation if parts quality is questionable.
For routine maintenance and repairs, no. Independent shops are
legally allowed to perform warranty-covered work. We use quality
parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications.
